CubeIQ announces the completion of a new irForms project.
CubeIQ announces the completion of a new irForms project. The end user is a Health Care provision facility based in Athens, Greece to which irForms On Demand was installed interfaced with the Central Patient Management System. Using irForms On Demand, the company will process patient data and medical tests faster, with fewer errors and more secure while an exact electronic copy of the patient form is stored as part of medical history. The system was installed and set to UAT within three months including the development of the interfaces to the Central Patient Management System and the re-design of the patient and medical test forms.

CubeIQ announces the availability of new irForms version, irForms On Demand. With irForms On Demand centtralized enterprise business application such as ERP, CRM, Customer Management System - CMS, Hospital Management System - HSM, Card Management System - CaMS and other can access the system and print predesigned forms on demand. A series of features such as support of multiple departments, support of different form designs per department, support of multiple different brand / model printers simultaneously and printing of forms with pre-fill fields give to irForms On Demand capabilities that can cover the majority of different implementation requirements.

CubeIQ announces irForms system provision as SaaS. Under this configuration all required infrastructure together with irForms system are installed in CubeIQ premises while system management and operation is also provided as part of the service. The end user is supplied: (a) forms with Anoto background specially designed for the specific application, (b) mobile phones or use of the existing ones and (c) digital pens in the number of external users. The provision of  irForms system as SaaS targets SMEs with small numbers of users, 15 to 20 users, where the low initial investment cost and the operating cost directly proportional to the volume of data managed, give to the proposal essential competitive advantages.

CubeIQ announces irForms  R3.
Skai GmbH and CubeIQ announce the new release of irForms, Release 3. The new release incorporates more than eighteen (18) new features, some of them innovative in the industry such as encrypted data transmission, signature verification and DMS interfaces, providing advanced security and productivity boost to its users. CubeIQ announces the completion of a new irForms project at Kabo Natura.
The customer, Kabo Natura, is a commercial company with headquarters in Athens Greece which is distributing natural pharmaceutical products. irForms will be used to records orders at customer site and transmit them in real time to the company's order processing system. Using irForms the company will process orders faster and more efficient, minimizing stock shortages, complains and cancellations and maximizing cash flow. The system was implemented for UAT in less than one (1) month including the design of the new "order" form.


CubeIQ announces the completion of a new irForms project at Balkan Business Solutions SA.
The customer, Balkan Business Solutions SA ("BBS"), is an IT company with headquarters in Bucharest Romania specialized to the financial, banking and public sector markets. irForms will be used to record installation, support and maintenance services provided to Banks' ATMs (a field force automation application). "Service report" forms will be transferred and stored in real time to the company's web based help desk system database in order banking customers to be able to retrieve "same day" service report data. The system was implemented for UAT in less than two (2) months including all customization requested and the design of the new "service report" form.


CubeIQ announces cooperation extension of Skai GmbH with Volkswagen AG.
Volkswagen AG, calls each year to her premises in Wolfsburg, about 3,000 dealers, importers, resellers and agents from Germany and abroad for the evaluation of new models. Participants complete questionnaires and evaluation forms of the models every day, throughout the duration of the five days event. While the usual way of work was to recruit a large numbers of students and assistants for entering the data from the questionnaires and evaluation forms during the night into a data processing system in order to be ready to be presented to participants the next day; with the adoption of Anoto technology and the installation SkaiForms, questionnaires and evaluation forms are processed in minutes and they ready for presentation to the participants during the same day. Through the use of SkaiForms, Volkswagen enjoys the timely and automatic report generation from questionnaires and evaluation forms data while typing error rate is reduced to the maximum. During the five days event SkaiForms system processes more than 450.000 questionnaires and evaluation forms.

H HANSA-FLEX Hydraulik GmbH is a German company based in Bremen, which is specialized in hydraulic technology. The company has 350 support technicians who are in immediate readiness to provide technical services related to hydraulic technology, from designing a complete hydraulic systems up to providing on-site maintenance services for all types of mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment. The speed and flexibility is a recipe for success of the company. The service call dispatcher uses a digital pen and SkaiForms system to send the support technician on-site. The service call orders are entered on-line, checked in real time and sent wirelessly to the relevant field technician.
